Pot Roast

We decided to get a slow cooker after visiting our friends who already had one. Very useful when we're both working as you can stick on a pot of chilli or whatever in the morning and it's ready when you get home.

You can also use them for roasting and we tried roast beef before which was ok. Today we nailed it!! Fantastic taste and melt in the mouth tender! Result!
