Lunch time

Jamie likes his picnic lunch, it usually consists of carrots, grapes, cheese, crackers,-no butter thankyou Grannie- cucumber and ham.

He stayed at our house last night, so at lunch time I called him thru to the kitchen to sit at the table.

"That's a lot of cucumber Grannie" as he picked it up and started to chomp his way thru the nearly whole cucumber that I'd left on the table having forgotten to cut any for his plate.

Being a Grannie is like being a Mum.........but without the stress.
And I love it.
