It has arrived!

I took delivery this morning of my wonderful Acme Samba Mardigras Whistle (seen here)! Plus a booklet about the Birmingham-based firm who made it.

Since starting this Acme thread of blips I have received indications of their international appeal. Fellow blipper, berelaxed, sent me this link to a photo of her trusty Thunderers.

A blipfoto guest of mine also emailed me to say that she had discovered that there is an Acme Canada. Not only that but she wanted to order this very same whistle (but in plastic) without knowing that I had one winging its way to me.

The excitement is just too great!

So, remember, Acme are "Whistling All Over The World"!
