Loving Yellow ...

I have had a really tiring and achy day today but I do feel a little better now that I have just stepped out of the shower.

Eric and I went for a little walk down a track near where we live for a half an hour just after tea not that Eric wanted me to ... he does support me with my illness I must say ... he probably cares more about my Hypermobility Syndrome than me ... but then again it is me living with the condition and I am trying to control it rather than it controlling me ... some days it does beat me though and today is one of them.
