Rock Crystal

It's a gem of a day back home in West Sussex, the sun is shining and the daffodils and blossom are in fine fettle. So what do I show you? - an indoor blip. Well it is my 100 blip day so you have to make allowances.

Clear Quartz or Rock Crystal, sometimes also called poor man's diamond, is used in healing to energise and focus, and helps self esteem. I always feel this is too simplistic, you have to be wary that it doesn't energise and amplify the negative as well as the positive. It is said to bring balance and clarity, which the world sure needs right now.
And sometimes a pretty stone is just a pretty stone .....
