Tonight was Italian Cooking night class although this is only half my class............not sure where the other half were tonight. My fellow wannabe chefs were quite intrigued to know they may feature on tonights blip. I like my teacher Carmela, she is subtle with her encouragement. She suggests my burnt offerings are perhaps just well "tanned" from Benidorm!

Next week Crostata di frutta, nom nom
