Rage hard

bad day at work, for reasons too complex to bore you with, but suffice to say i felt undermined and worthless - and then had to deal with some other crap too. there were reasonable reasons i'm sure, but i didn't hear them - and neither logic nor sympathy was on offer from the quarter i looked to for either/both, which pissed me off all the more. bah, etc.
