Ash Tree in bud

Another lovely day today, unfortunately I didn't have a lot of time to enjoy it, but on a quick foray at lunch time a beautiful Ash tree caught my eye. The colours are so intense on the blossom buds that are on the point of bursting into flower.

The background is the view across the cricket pitch - freshly mown - and giving of the most divine perfume, to the game-keepers cottage.

Can't wait for the next development from blipfoto - sniffoto mmmmm ahhh!
