The Northern

This is The Northen Hotel; it sits at the junction of Great Northern Road, Clifton Road and Powis Terrace. It was one of the last, non residential buildings to be built of granite from Aberdeen's Rubislaw Quarry.
It is a superb example of an Art Deco 1930's building.
