Pain Relief

A few days ago, I'd never heard of Calcific Tendonitis, but I've got it, apparently. It's calcium build-up in the shoulder joint, and it's fairly common, they tell me, especially among women "of a certain age". And Hoo Boy, is it painful!!

I spent today hugging my hot water bottle (inside its cat cover) and guzzling pain killers.
All blipping will be done left handed and through gritted teeth for a little while.

Still: lots of people put up with much worse, I remind myself.
