Wobble board

This afternoon, strolling over Cliffe Bridge, I espied my friend Carole paddling along in the Ouse on a stand up paddleboard. I doubt my shaky sense of balance could cope, so I admire her for her bravery, particularly when she and her paddling partner had accumulated quite a crowd.

One lady said "How ridiculous! Why would you want to stand up when you could sit down?"
