Tonight's challenge

After, what seemed, a long day at work, I came home to tackle cooking haggis and turnip. I got it all cooked with a few boiled potatoes and it was lovely.

I made plenty so that there was enough left over for tomorrow's lunch - beats the tin of soup I had out.

I kept some haggis back and my plan for tomorrow's tea is a chicken breast stuffed with haggis accompanied by a peppercorn sauce! Mmmm....
