What happened to Spring?

The sky was the colour of knicker-elastic.

I've read that recently but I can't remember where. It took me a while to 'get it'! ha ha!

Today has been a grey day in several ways. Dreich? Is that the word. Funny how it's hard to be downhearted when the sun is shining. A grey day allows a grey mood which is a shame.

Fingers crossed for sunshine tomorrow. Meanwhile I will go and find my doggy - the light of my life :)
