I had never heard of these annuals but the minute I entered Pentland Plants garden centre they caught my eye and of course we brought some home. The label helpfully explained that they are Pericallis hybrids, variety Sunseneribuba so make of that what you want. This is the colour blue bicolour. There is also blue and another one which is mauve bicolour.
They're spring flowering and should produce masses of blooms. Although the label also assured us that they could cope with temperatures down to freezing, for the moment they'll be in the greenhouse, as it's not only quite cold but also incredibly windy. But I can't wait to see them en masse in pots.
