From Ponsonby Road

With a busy day looming I went out early and was back before dawn. Of the possible pictures most were not photographed because of the low light. The few attempts made, produced very grainy images.

This one, yet another view of the Sky Tower, appeals to me because the brightness of the near lights allowed a sharp image to be produced; lots of dark bits, which added to the image for me.

After finishing at the office, home to welcome two rambunctious grandsons who are staying tonight so their parents can celebrate Daddy's birthday. Young L insisted that Grandpa had promised to take him (and therefore Mr H) to the park. Quick change and away we went. However, both were more interested in gathering acorns than using the slides. Even though the rain began as we arrived and steadily became heavier, going home was not on their agenda, until we all were slightly more than damp. Fools? perhaps so. Good fun? definitely.
