The Kiwifruit has a heart

Found this little golden kiwi today at work and found it had a rather special natural marking on it.

Really really sore and tired and feeling rather coldish again.

Found out my uncle who had liver cancer a few years back and bet it has sadly got the cancer back. Rather horrible really
