Pain killer

Is it really possible to kill the pain completely?

I couldnt sleep last night due to severe headache and temperature. After taking the pills, I could manage to sleep at 7 am.Now when i woke up, i m feeling better than before (still no energy in body). Before i was thinking to go outside for blip but cant go with this condition so here is my companion of night.
