Adventure Running

This is an action shot my wife took of me in the Legends of Sherwood adventure race. It was a 10k night run around Sherwood Pines, with some obstacles thrown in - crawling through mud, clambering up cargo nets that sort of thing. This is me scaling the penultimate obstacle, the slippery wall. Think the travelator from Gladiators, but lubed up with butter. A great fun race and I think I finished pretty high up the table which is always pleasing.

Music wise has to be some Forest Swords and a bit of Nite Moves.
