Water under the bridge

This city is very proud to have the longest skating rink in the country. From this source of civic pride, we can see where some of our citizens are forced to live during this frigid winter.

About her side of the photograph:

My birthday party took place yesterday and it continued well into this morning, someone left water run for way too long - and now the guests' bathroom is flooded. We covered it with newspapers and people have too much of a hangover to do anything else about it.
