Harissa Lamb with couscous

Such a tasty and very fast recipe to make:

2 tsp chilli paste or harissa
3 tbsp olive oil
2 lamb leg steaks
140g/5oz couscous
25g/1oz toasted flaked almonds
50g/2oz raisins
300ml/1/2 pint hot stock or water
Chopped coriander or parsley -optional

1.Whisk chilli paste/harissa with the olive oil and some S&P.
Drizzle about a tbsp over the lamb and rub to coat on both sides
2.Preheat grill, then grill lamb for 3-4 mins each side until well browned
3.Meanwhile, tip couscous, almonds, raisins into a bowl.
Pour over the hot stock/water. Leave for 5 minutes.
Fluff up with a fork, then fork in remaining chilli oil.
Pile the couscous onto two plates, top with the lamb, and sprinkle with some chopped coriander/parsley.

(I used rose harissa which was yummy.)
