Disputed territory.....

......work has started on repairing the piers/breakwaters at Cullercoats, so there's lots of JCBs and big diggers jostling for space with the dogwalking fraternity (who are making the most of their last couple of weeks of 'freedom of the sands' until the autumn)......it's a bit noisy down there at the moment.

.....but at least they're thinking about the birds
.....who apparently don't mind this AT ALL!
