I'm flabergasted!

Here's my therapy for today, baking a cake. Mary Berry's Classic Sticky Gingerbread. What has flabergasted me is that mine looks like hers! I would have thought there would have been the usual tricks used for photographing food but apart from the clean knife with a few crumbs artfully dotted about on it, I can't see any fakery. I wiped my knife but it was still a bit sticky, she must have thought ahead and crumbed a clean knife.

Oh yes, it tastes good too!
