Black Cricket (but not 'The Ashes')

It has been a day of social visits and shopping.
A quick trip to a local nature reserve proved a disaster - it was closed - devastated by the recent floods that this area suffered a couple of months ago.

This evening, whilst downing a stubby of beer, and watched by the green tree frogs, a couple of crickets dropped in under the lamp. One was an adult capable of flight and proved too elusive for a photograph. The other was a nymph with immature wings who must have hopped in to visit. He was much more co-operative, so here he is for you all to shudder at,

I originally thought this was a black field cricket (Teleogryllus sp.) but his antennae are too short so he is probably an Australian Mole Cricket (Gryllotalpidae sp.) Nymph (Nth instar)
