A lazy day so far today. Frustrated at doing nothing of any note, I went for a very short cycle down the River Almond this afternoon. The river is still very high after the heavy rain of yesterday afternoon, so no fishing today. A cold wind has been blowing for a lot of the day, so it has been nice to watch the 'Tour of the Basque Country' on satellite television, where the commentators were saying how much the riders were suffering in the heat!

My bike threw itself down in disgust, as it knows that tomorrow it will be joined by a new stablemate. An email this afternoon has confirmed my new steed is ready for collection. I'll make time to pop into the shop tomorrow and all things being good you'll get a photo of it tomorrow on the way home.
