City Pigeon

Enjoying a rare glimpse of sunshine today and doubtless keeping a sharp lookout for predators. Out of a bundle of photos taken today Mrs S liked this photo so here it is. I wouldn't normally take a photo of pigeons but its bright colours in the sunlight prompted me to take one.

We managed to get some reasonable photos of Bald Eagles in British Columbia last year which are the best photos I've taken of birds. The birds I'd really like to photograph in the wild are Sea Eagles and Golden Eagles. It's on the 'to do' list. Despite a number of visits to Loch Maree in Scotland we've only been able to spot them from a far distance. Will need to do some more research into good spots to view them. If any blippers have any good suggestions, then that would be appreciated.
