Groyne

Aberdeen beach is remarkable. A two-mile stretch of sand from the harbour to Bridge of Don that remains clean despite the steady stream of heavy shipping entering and leaving the harbour only a few metres away.

It is also a place for people to gather and play. Spotted these three messing about on the wooden groynes and thought they looked the part. Not sure about paddling, though, still too cold for that.
