War Horse

Had a lovely day out up town today. I got mum tickets for War Horse for Christmas & we went to the matinee performance this afternoon after a tasty lunch at Belgo's.

We were incredibly lucky to be able to go backstage for a tour afterwards too as I have a friend that works at the theatre :o)

The puppetry was awesome, so realistic. A fantastic adaptation of the book and an amazing use of the stage. We both shed a tear or two at the end and being able to give them a stroke afterwards was just the icing on the cake. Thanks Vikki. xx
