Anybody Home?

This bluebird flew up to the old birdhouse and tried to squeeze his head into the little teensy window.

He seemed very disappointed that he wouldn't fit, and hung around for quite a while trying to figure out how to get inside.

"I hear you knockin' but you can't come in!"

He has the most beautiful voice, by the way. An enchanting song. I heard it in the trees then I looked, and there he was with his throat throbbing...

Is it the blue bird of happiness? Seems to be hanging around my house!
