Sea Urchin

I am on night shift tonight, so i took the morning off to take a stroll along the beach with my family. After the glimpse of summer over the weekend the weather was awful. This shot was taken on the way to the sea edge to throw sticks for the dog, and you can guess what happened next. Thats right the sea urchin in the picture got covered in wet and sand!!! so back to the car and dried off for an ice cream on the way home.

I am now off to get some rest for tonight. oh, and the dog tried to make a break for Norway at one point!!!!
