A fig tree just outside the village, with the leaves beginning to unfurl. I do like fig trees... one minute there's no sign of fruit and the next there are teeny tiny figs! Lots of people eat them straight from the tree, but I'm not so keen and prefer them cooked or dried, although they're rather good fresh and thinly sliced on a salad.
