Lunar Eclipse

Celestial events are amazing things in that they are shared by folks all across the planet. I was hoping to enjoy the lunar eclipse today as the time of it was at a reasonable hour (6-7 P.M. AST). Ah, but it was not meant to be. The cloud cover over south central Alaska was oppressive this evening precluding any objects skyward other than the reflection of the Home Depot parking lot lights off the clouds. So I am again relegated to another indoor blip. I chose one of the more celestial motif paperweights in my collection. Better luck next time.
