365 and Still Learning

Oh excellent, just in time for my 365th, the chapter on how to ponce. Now I really feel like I am getting somewhere!

Chapter 27 : DSLR for Dummies Guide to Poncing

Are you new to poncing? Don?t worry we have prepared a simple checklist which any annoying idiot can follow

Step 1: In order to ensure you will make a good job of taking a suitably banal shot, read over;

Chapter 4: Accessorizing your dSLR ? it would be very unponcey and a jolly poor show to leave the house without a suitably accessorised DSLR

Chapter 14: Ten Ways to Improve your dSLR Photography ? go on what do you have to lose?

Chapter 15: Ten Things You Never Thought of Doing with Your Digital SLR. ? this invaluable chapter involves a series of hints and tips on how to take shots of walls, clouds, "juxtapositions of light and dark, old and new", and of course the obligatory goat. All essential shots for the budding ponce

Step 2: Ensure you are attired in a suitably poncey fashion. If you are lacking in ideas you might want to take some tips from the rather lovely, up and coming style icon, Mr David Cameron

Step 3: Grab the cameras (note the plural please - one is never enough), sling them round your neck, make sure you also pack a spare battery, memory card and wipes.

Step 4: Get out there and get poncing. Good luck!

This book is my bible ;)

What started off as a bit of fun with some friends has now become something of a way of life, nay an obsession. I have to say it's given me a load of pleasure throughout the year. Many thanks to all of you for your gorgeously, lovely, (sometimes poncey) shots and for taking the time to comment on mine. You are not a bad old bunch at all.
