sandend

a perfect day in sandend with friends today. the weather was ace - still and calm, my favourite beach weather. we had a fire and barby on the beach, the kids ran wild in their swimming costumes with their bandy nets and buckets. we played tennis on the sand and stayed for hours...brilliant. my face feels 'weathered' - I want to go back now.

I found this starfish - but I didn't tell the kids because they would have insisted on putting it in their bucket...and I just couldn't do that to the wee guy.
