Had to be done

So we all took a break from Disney today and headed to Paris to meet Linda. We met up at Fontaine St. Michel then headed up the Pompidou Centre for a look before taking a walk round the jewish area where we stopped for some great food on Lindas recommendation. After that we grabbed tickets for the Bateaux Bus and headed for the Eiffel Tower.

We didn't bother going up it because the queues were huge, but we had a wander round before getting a boat back towards town. We jumped of at St. Germain du Pres, to investigate a restaurant we wanted to stop at for dinner then had a bit of a wander and ended up in a good cafe I'd found on my solo trip into town for drinks.

After a bit more of a saunter we saw Linda off then headed to the Champs Elysees so Roz, MAds and Leon could see the Arc, the obelisk and the Louvre then headed off for the best Steak frites ever. The restaurant had been recommended by a work mate and it lived up to the hype. All they do is steak and chips so you'd hope they'd get it right, but the sauce they served it with was amazing!
