Prehistoric Dwelling

Great day spent hiking at Bandelier National Monument. The place is truly awe inspiring. From the condition of the other ruins, i'm guessing these have been restored. There was a whole city if these built against the cliffs, taking advantage of the natural holes that were already there. There was another city built on the valley floor near the water. The valley is a lush, green, oasis with towering Cottonwoods, grassy meadows, and a year-round, bubbling stream. What a spectacular place for them to have lived.
