Checker lily

Today we went to Huckleberry Regional Preseve, our first hike there in a while due to storm damage. Due to a series of mishaps, my DSLR camera rolled down a steep hillside covered with poison oak. I thought my photography days were over, but Pelicanguy gallantly climbed down the hill and rescued my camera. Wonder of wonders, the camera still worked!
