Ahoy Down There!

A superb morning spent at the local, newly refurbished park.

Ana (pictured) my eldest suffers from high functioning Autism, and sometimes finds crowds of people a little overwhelming. But she coped amazingly well and even made firm friends with two lovely pre-teen girls. Numbers have been swapped with corresponding parents and arrangements made to meet up sometime in the week.

A little boy I helped push on the rope swing told me I was possibly 'the kindest lady in the world'. Of course Amy my youngest was there to lend some perspective with the observation that, 'my mummy is only a little bit kind.'

No more early morning trips to the park then. I have to reputation to uphold!
