Thanks to everyone who has given support and encouragement over the last hundred entries. What started off as a side-project inspired by Up In Smoke has become much more than that. It's easy to get annoyed on the street getting beeped at by faceless chunks of metal, but inside these taxis are real honest hard-working Egyptians, struggling to make a decent living in an unforgiving economy and working very long hours (and two jobs in many cases) just to make ends meet. I feel genuinely privileged to have been able to record a brief snapshot of their lives through blipfoto.
