A lovely day today, everyone up and at em very early doors. No grumpiness result, breakfasts munched result, people dressed result, journey to work a good laugh, result.

There were smiling faces when we picked up the littler people, some rejigging of cupboard security measures to prevent glass door smash incidents.

Tonight was badminton and it was brilliant. I wish I could play more often, there is such a buzz to be had. Lost some won others but the games were great.

I wonder what I could have been like as a player had I not stopped playing for 15 years. Probably not much better but a bit fitter.
