another day indoors

Today I:

1. left the house for the first time since Saturday to attend the doctors. It's about 30ft from my house and I nearly passed out on arrival feeling like I'd run a marathon;

2. returned home feeling mildly embarrassed about having a wee faint after the doc prodded my kidney (I just stood up too quickly like a tool) and disappointed to be signed off work (I love my job);

3. sulked because I had to cancel plans to go to a concert tomorrow night with Jennie Jen Jen;

4. sulked even more when I realised I wouldn't be able to do the C2C this weekend (have just about got the hang of the flippin' bike);

5. gave up the sulking and slept;

6. woke up, went stir crazy and took a mental photo.
