Spot the fish

No, I mean Spot, the fish! That's his name. He's my daughter's goldfish, mainly white with one orange spot. Took loads of pics of him today, so it was hard to choose which to post. I liked the way the reflection of his round box of food looks as if he's blown his own bubble. Perhaps, a speech bubble. Wonder what he's saying? "Do I come here often?"

He reminds me of a goldfish I had years ago who lived to be about sixteen, and about whom I wrote this touching little poem:

My goldfish is a lovely pet.
She's never any trouble.
She swims around the tank all day
And blows a little ...

trumpet!
