The Pilling Pig

This is in a garden in Pilling. I don't know much about it, but why have a gnome if you can afford one of these.

I have looked it up on the web and the Pilling Pig was so called because of the squeal made by its whistle. It was used by the Garstang and Knot-End Railway Company who took 5½ years to build a seven-mile single-track line from Garstang to Pilling.

I think the garden belongs to a caravan park but I am not sure.
