With the exception of the unable-to-eat vomiting disease we picked up from Edgar at the start of February I usually find myself eating slightly more than I need to when beset by things which reduce the inclination to take extra exercise in the evening. I was just going to have a couple of these but then there was enough for an extra one and the filling was nice and tasty and contained added spiciness to facilitate the loosening of snout-blockages. When added to an actual sit-down lunch lunch at lunchtime (just prior to which I discovered that there's been £4.62 sitting unused on my office cashless catering chip for at least four years) it ended up being one of those days when there's no way I used up anywhere near my total calorific intake but unless there are several in a row I tend not to worry about them, though do think about how much I've had to eat enough to wonder how it's possible to not notice regular over-eating-to-the-point-of-expansion.
