The good, the bad and the ugly

Technology problems abound here at home.

The Ugly: Broadband is constantly dropping much to the annoyance of everyone.
The Bad: K's netbook has pretty much given up the ghost with a constant screen problem (the white screen of death you might call it!).
The Good: I bought an iPod Touch the other day. In general terms, I'm not a fan of Apple, but I have to say the device is really impressive. Fast, intuitive, cameras front and back, browsing, apps.

The plan for the iPod was to use it to Skype home when the wee man and I are away next week. A great plan, so long as the broadband and netbook are working...hmm...

STOP PRESS: K has bought a new netbook. Problem solved?...time will tell...

(another backblip due to the aforementioned broadband problem!)
