Pinball Teacher

One of the great things about living in an expat community in Korea is all the wonderful people you meet.
Unfortunately, the downside of this is that this community has a revolving door, with most ESL teachers coming for a year and then heading back to their home countries.
This weekend, we are saying goodbye to our good friend Finbarr.
He's been a steady presence in our running club and social scene. The kind of person that just makes your soul smile. My favorite Finbarr moment was when he finished his first half marathon. The smile, the fist pump, then a few tears ran down his face. I consider myself lucky to have witnessed it. But even luckier to call him a friend.
Happy trails, Finbarr. We hope to see you again real soon.
