Eggs

An obvious blip for today. Made all the more relevant for us because it's about all we have to eat!
I was really surprised the shops were open on Good Friday, so got lulled into thinking they would be open today. How stupid! Our wonderful joint of lamb is still sitting at the butchers. And we have no veg. Pity poor grandma and grandad invited for dinner tonight.

On a more bizarre note the wonderful Tim Minchin was on the Wogan lunchtime radio show (which I do not usually listen to). I was left totally gobsmacked when Tim (I can call him that now) wished Hope and Will a Merry Christmas!!
