Not a happy blip tonight.
My oven died a couple of weeks ago.
Tonight I wanted to cook this little roast.
Just a quick one...not long and drawn out in the crock pot.
I thought I'd put a little water in the roasting pan and cook it on a low temp. on top of the stove for awhile.
Well I guess it wasn't low enough.
And I guess I was looking at blips too long.
Suddenly it seemed very smokey.
Then the fire alarm went off.

Well nothing was really damaged.
Except the pot, the roast and my lungs.

Well I better go clean this mess up.
You are all sooooo lucky you can't smell this blip!
