After work today, we drove to Pasco, WA to another alpaca show that's happening this weekend - NW Alpaca Showcase .

This is the first time we have been further east than the Cascade mountain range and it is desert terrain on this side. We encountered snow while driving through Snoqualmie Pass and once we were over the mountains, it was dry and brilliant blue skies.
