Oh what a night!

By 12pm last night I was having the biggest adrenaline rush since qualifying as a nurse. It was craaaaazeeee!!
I identified why my patient was deteriorating, treated the causes and stabilised him. Who said newly qualified nurses are crap! Hehe :)
