Bank Holiday Business

After a ropey start it's turned into a beautiful day here. A perfect day for hitting the job list. I spent the first half of the day painting the wall in the bedroom, which irritatingly has to be completed in installments since we have nowhere to store things so are working round the decorating. This afternoon was spent helping son work on his PDP, once he had finished his studying.

Meanwhile my darling other half (affectionately known to friends as Hadrian for his love of building a good wall) has been busy working on roof repairs and then building some steps and a paved area outside the back door.

Been a busy old time, will almost be glad to get back to work for a rest.....almost.
